  1. Where do you ship from? We ship to you directly from the respective brand partners' (ie. manufacturers') location, in either USA or Canada, depending on your location. 
  2. Do you offer Warranty? Yes, as provided by the respective manufacturer. 
  3. Do you offer design services? We provide basic consulting services, to assist in isolating which/what items are suitable for your particular project, however outside/3rd party consultation or technical support may be required, particularly for more complicated or larger industrial projects.
