IDC12-1036AA - 36", Ambient, 120V, Single Phase

For wall and top mounting at heights up to 12′ (environmental separation) and 10′ (insect control). The Berner Industrial Direct Drive 12 Ambient Air Curtain is AMCA certified, measures 15″ high by 18″ deep, with all-welded construction, a gray powder-coated exterior, and mill aluminum inlet panel. Used to save energy and keep temperatures stable, and flying insects out when the doors are open. Recommended for shipping and receiving doors, garage doors, cold storage doors, baggage doors, etc. Simple to install, operate, and maintain. Made in U.S.A.

Accessories

This model requires a separate Activation Switch. All air curtains using control panels require an Activation Switch with the panel.

Control Panels

  • Single phase control panel is required when a time delay is used, when a 24 volt control is used, and/or when motor quantities exceed: (2) 1/2 hp @ 120V or (3) 1/2 hp @ 208–240V
  • Three phase control panel and activation switch are required for all three phase power supplies
  • Location of panel is factory installed on left hand end plate; optional right hand end plate or remote mounted

Berner IntelliswitchTM (Optional)

  • The Intelliswitch (digital controller) allows the user to program the air curtain to run for a set time in between door cycles, to operate on a schedule, and for air curtains with heat to run until the thermostat set point is satisfied 
  • Several pre-set programs to choose from or create a program tailored to the application
  • Control panel is required when an Intelliswitch is used
