The Berner IDC12-2078AJ delivers 3,095 CFM of unheated air through a 78" Pro-V nozzle, powered by 2 × ½ HP single-speed direct-drive motors at 240V single phase, drawing 1.03 kW. Built for door openings up to 78" wide and mounting heights up to 12′ (environmental separation) or 10′ (insect control). AMCA certified, FDA recommended, and USDA compliant. All-welded construction measuring 15″ high × 18″ deep, gray powder-coated exterior with mill aluminum inlet screen and access panels. Net weight 184 lbs. Recommended for shipping and receiving doors, garage doors, cold storage, baggage doors, and conveyor lines. Simple to install, operate, and maintain. Made in U.S.A.

Control panel
Berner 9012CS40A3P208-24 – For single-phase units, required when a time delay, 24V control or the Intelliswitch is used, or when motors exceed (2) ½ hp @ 120V or (3) ½ hp @ 208–240V. Factory installed on the left-hand end plate. -
Door switch (required, choose one)
Berner 9503SD020-PR-A Plunger/Roller Door Switch for swing doors, or Berner 9503MRS003-SD-HD-120 Heavy-Duty Magnetic Reed Switch for loading-dock and roll-up doors (24V – used with a control panel).

- Berner 9505HOAR remote Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) switch
- Berner 80VS-078C-AS washable aluminum filter sized for this unit
- Berner 66VS-000WMB (0–12" or 0–20") wall mounting brackets – two per unit
BERNER INTELLISWITCHTM (OPTIONAL)
- The Intelliswitch (digital controller) allows the user to program the air curtain to run for a set time in between door cycles, to operate on a schedule, and for air curtains with heat to run until the thermostat set point is satisfied
- Several pre-set programs to choose from or create a program tailored to the application
- Control panel is required when an Intelliswitch is used
