Dave founded ship2user in 2004 out of the Greater Toronto Area with a simple premise: build specialized online stores that are genuinely useful to the people buying from them, with real knowledge behind every transaction. That ethos hasn't changed. Twenty-plus years later, ship2user operates six specialty e-commerce stores, and every one of them is run with the same hands-on, owner-operated standard.

Every product sold on AirCurtainsDirect.com ships directly from the manufacturer's facility — from within the USA to US customers, and from within Canada to Canadian customers, where possible. Full manufacturer warranties are intact on every purchase. No third-party resellers, no re-boxed returns, no grey-market risk.

This matters more than it might seem. Air curtains are commercial equipment that often gets installed in regulated environments — food processing facilities, hospitals, warehouses. Buying the wrong air curtain — wrong width, wrong voltage, wrong heat type — is an expensive mistake. We offer basic consulting on every order: tell us your door width, door height, application type, climate, and heating requirements and we'll tell you exactly what you need. For larger or more complex commercial projects, we'll point you to the right engineering and technical resources at Berner and Schwank if the scope goes beyond what we can handle directly.

We'd rather spend ten minutes on the phone getting your spec right than deal with a return because the product didn't fit.
