The Berner 9012CS40A3P480-24 is a factory-wired, UL-listed motor control panel in a NEMA 4/12 enclosure, designed for 1 to 4 motor Berner IDC12 and IDC14 industrial air curtains at 480V three phase. Required for all IDC12 and IDC14 three-phase 480V units regardless of motor count. All three-phase units require a control panel and activation switch.

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

• NEMA 4/12 enclosure (rated for dust-tight and water-resistant indoor / outdoor use)
• Factory-installed and -wired motor contactor
• Terminal strip for field wiring
• Fusing as required by motor count and voltage
• Optional factory-installed time delay relay (add -TD to the part number — e.g. 9012CS40A3P480-TD-24)
• Built by Berner — a UL-listed panel shop

MOUNTING

• Factory installed on the left hand end plate of the air curtain (standard)
• Optional: right hand end plate or remote mounted (specify at order)
